The Taichung Green Corridor is a 1.7-kilometer-long urban park in Taichung, Taiwan, designed by Mecanoo and S.D. Atelier. It repurposes a former railway line, transforming it into a sustainable green space that connects various parts of the city. This linear park includes features like bike and pedestrian lanes, herb gardens, fitness areas, playgrounds, and water elements. The design emphasizes both the conservation of local biodiversity and the integration of historical elements, maintaining the railway's strong cultural significance.
