I-5 Colonnade Urban Mountain Bike Park, located beneath Seattle’s I-5 freeway, spans 7.5 acres and was created through a partnership between the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance (formerly the BBTC) and the City of Seattle. It was developed to provide mountain biking opportunities in an urban setting and became the first of its kind in the United States. The park features a variety of trails for different skill levels, ranging from beginner to advanced, and includes challenges like log rolls, jumps, skinnies, and wall rides, attracting mountain biking enthusiasts from across the region.
